I received Damaged goods and want to have it exchanged.

Please send us the following information when submitting a ticket.

1) Photo of waybill received

2) Photo of original packaging received

3) Photo of damaged item with barcode and price tag attached

Please note that without these complete requested documents, we will be unable to process your request for investigation and resolution.
