If you are a registered ShopSM customer, the status of your order will show “Cancelled” as indicated in your account’s My Account > My Orders page. A notification shall also be sent to your registered e-mail address indicating a successful cancellation.
If you are using guest checkout, kindly reach out to us through our Customer Care portal, so we may check status from our end.
Once your order has been successfully cancelled, if you selected Prepaid (Credit/Debit Card, GCash, GrabPay, PayMaya, or BPI Online banking) as payment method, please be advised that the refund process usually gets completed after 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your bank or eWallet's processing timelines. For GCash and GrabPay, this usually takes 2 to 5 working days.
