No, we are unable to allow partial cancellation of orders at this time. If you wish to update your order:
- If you a registered ShopSM customer, you will need to go to My Account > My Orders. If your order is still marked as Unfulfilled, you may cancel your entire order and create a new order with updated details.
- If you ordered through Guest Checkout, kindly contact us to check on the status of your order. If order is still marked as Unfulfilled, we may cancel your order on your behalf. You may create a new order once your order has been successfully cancelled by us.
