Logging in via Web Browser
To login, click on the upper-right icon or text that states "Login/Signup." From there, sign in using your registered e-mail address or just click on either the Apple ID, Facebook, or Google button.
Reminder: If you linked your Facebook or Google account to ShopSM, please also log in by clicking the Facebook or Google button instead of typing your e-mail address manually.
Logging in via App
- Select “Continue with Email”
- If your account is already linked with a mobile number, you can enter your mobile number or email plus your password. You can continue shopping!
- If your account is not linked with a mobile number, once you enter your email and password, you will be required to enter a mobile number. Make sure the number you will enter isn’t linked to any ShopSM account.
- A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number you entered. Enter the OTP you received. If you didn’t receive the code, select “Resend OTP”. Please make sure your mobile number is correct, if not you can go back to input a new one.
- After verifying your mobile number, you may now continue shopping!
Managing Your Account
To make changes to the information in your account, just visit your profile page by clicking on the My Account > My Profile.
