Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email with the details of your order shortly after you complete the checkout process. Sometimes, the email goes directly to your Spam folder, so be sure to check that as well.
Please note that the FIRST e-mail you will receive in relation to your placed order confirms that ShopSM has received your order. There will be a separate e-mail that will be sent, confirming which items are ready for shipment.
If you have not gotten your order confirmation yet and are currently a registered ShopSM customer, please also check My Account > My Order and see if your order has gone through. Otherwise, feel free to contact Customer Care for assistance using our Contact Us page.
As an additional tip, please indicate your Order Number and your ShopSM registered email account when contacting us, so we can assist you faster.
Once your order is confirmed, you’re all set! Sit back, relax, and wait for us to prepare and ship your order. A notification will be sent to your registered email address once your order is shipped. You can check the status of your order at any time via the My Account > My Order page.
For Click & Collect, please wait for us to notify you via text message, before going to the chosen Click & Collect location. You may pick-up your order from the Click & Collect location once you receive a One-Time Pincode (OTP) via the mobile number you’ve entered in your profile page. The OTP will be used to pick-up your package.
