Customer-initiated vs Merchant-initiated Cancellations

Customer-initiated cancellations happen when customers decide to cancel their orders for reasons such as change of mind, change in order customer information, or change in order details. A customer may NOT cancel their orders once an order has been marked as fulfilled.

Merchant-initiated cancellations happen when there are stock concerns that may arise from multiple users checking out the same items at the same time. The Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. ShopSM therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability of information.
